We’re looking for an experienced Master Plumber to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity for an accomplished plumber who can independently handle complex residential plumbing work while also serving as a trusted resource and mentor to other members of the plumbing team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, replace, and install residential plumbing systems.
• Complete plumbing, drain, water heater, piping, fixture, pump, valve, and related service work.
• Independently diagnose and complete complex plumbing jobs.
• Perform work in accordance with applicable plumbing codes, permitting requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
• Serve as a technical resource for other plumbers and provide guidance when needed.
• Evaluate workmanship and identify safety, code, or quality concerns.
• Help maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, professionalism, and customer service.
• Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to other plumbers.
• Lead by example and demonstrate strong technical and customer-service standards.
• Clearly explain diagnoses, recommendations, and repair or replacement options to homeowners.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Complete accurate service notes, estimates, invoices, photos, and other required documentation.
• Use tablets, mobile applications, and field-service software to manage daily work.
• Work collaboratively with dispatch, customer service, and other team members to keep jobs moving efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive residential plumbing service, repair, and installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, permitting requirements, and residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex plumbing work.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to other plumbers.
• Previous experience providing field leadership or overseeing the work of other technicians preferred.
• Ability to evaluate workmanship and identify safety, code, or quality concerns.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence explaining technical findings and appropriate solutions to homeowners.
• Professional judgment and the ability to lead by example.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field-service software.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Active Master Plumbing license as required by applicable state and local regulations.
