What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments
  • Provide outstanding customer service while addressing customer questions and concerns
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on services, and support company initiatives
  • Accurately enter customer information into company systems
  • Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
  • Assist with membership, maintenance agreement, and service-related inquiries
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CSR, Dispatcher, or Call Center Representative within an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services company
  • ServiceTitan experience is required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Experience handling customer concerns, complaints, and follow-up communication
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when entering customer information, scheduling appointments, and documenting job notes
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry terminology
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
