We are looking for a motivated Junior Plumber who is ready to learn the trade, work with their hands, and build the skills needed for a long-term career in plumbing.

You’ll work alongside experienced plumbers, gaining hands-on experience with residential plumbing systems while learning how to diagnose problems, make quality repairs, communicate with customers, and do the job right. You don’t need to know everything on day one—we’re looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and ready to grow.

Job Duties for Our Next Junior Plumber

  • Assist experienced plumbers with residential plumbing service, repairs, replacements, and installations

  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues

  • Assist with work on water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, piping, drains, and other plumbing systems

  • Learn proper plumbing repair and installation techniques through hands-on training

  • Safely use hand and power tools and learn how to properly care for plumbing tools and equipment

  • Help prepare materials, equipment, and job sites for plumbing work

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and tools

  • Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards

  • Learn how to communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service

  • Complete job documentation and other paperwork accurately with guidance from experienced plumbers

  • Ask questions, learn from experienced team members, and continuously build your plumbing skills

Skills & Experience for Our Next Junior Plumber

  • Previous plumbing experience and running own calls/truck

  • Strong interest in learning the plumbing trade and building a long-term career

  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with your hands

  • Willingness to learn how plumbing systems work and how to troubleshoot problems

  • Comfortable using hand and power tools, or willing to learn

  • Reliable, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Able to communicate professionally with customers and teammates

  • Comfortable working in customers' homes

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to work safely in a variety of residential environments, including tight spaces when necessary

  • Applicable plumbing license or trainee requirements based on local regulations

  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
